The Foundation’s initiatives awaken and nurture the entrepreneurial spirit, support business growth, strengthen local chambers and foster leaders.

Job Overview: 

The United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (USHCC) Foundation program manager will report directly to USHCC Foundation Director and assist in developing, planning and conducting outreach for Foundation programs. The core programs include the Chamber Training Institute, BizFest Youth Entrepreneurship Program, At the Table: Women in Business & Leadership and various scholarships. The program manager will also be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with local chamber leaders in order to tailor programming to the needs of the small business community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage social media for the Foundation
  • Draft press releases and blogs summarizing programs
  • Support and maintain the website
  • Chamber management
  • Maintain database and manipulate database records
  • Program recruitment and planning


  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience in logistics-heavy role(s)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks at once
  • Desire to do behind-the-scenes work
  • Diplomatic & continuously upbeat attitude

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • A minimum of 2 years work experience in the area of program coordination or event management

Position Salary: $40,000
