The Honors College is inviting applications for the Barbara Bader Honors College Scholarship for the 2009-2010 academic year. A Scholarship of $1000.00 will be awarded to a highly motivated Honors College student who can demonstrate financial need.  Preference will be given to outstanding upper-division students.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

1. Current Honors College student in good standing (minimum 3.3 GPA);
2. Demonstrated financial need in a written statement;
3. Outstanding academic performance;
4. Evidence of motivation, character, and potential;
5. Open to out of state students.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Write a two-page essay stating your academic and professional goals, including your intended field of study, and explain why you believe you should be selected as the recipient of the scholarship.
   
   
2. Include a copy of your resume and a copy of your most recent transcripts.
