Course Description


This course explores how religion can create hope or cause harm, and what justice looks like when religious leaders become abusive. Students will examine real cases and stories through the lenses of law, psychology, theology, and ethics, gaining insight into how justice systems respond to harm within faith communities. Designed for students who care about justice, empathy, and social impact, the course offers a powerful opportunity to connect moral courage with the tools of legal reform.
