It's great that you're searching for opportunities to gain experience. In fact, employers prefer candidates that have experience over candidates that have no experience.
Remember that experience includes internships, part/full-time jobs, study abroad, research, volunteering, participating or leading in student organizations and so much more! All these types of experiential learning opportunities help you develop skills that are transferable to any job and that employers are always seeking from candidates.
If you are interested in internships and part/full-time jobs, below are some great sites to help you get started with your search. If you want a more strategic approach to finding these opportunities, we recommend scheduling an appointment with your Honors College Career Coach and attending workshops geared towards this throughout the semester.
Please use caution when using job board sites or social media to avoid being scammed.
