Course Description

“Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is the ability to recognize and use emotional information. EQ skills can account for as much as 90% of what sets high performers apart from their peers at work in many career fields. EQ helps us tune into the needs of others, build trust, make wise decisions, and enhance our own well-being.

In this course, we will examine fifteen crucial EQ skill areas, discuss how the ability to recognize and use emotional data can influence work, communication, interpersonal relationships, decisions, and stress management. We will consider how your EQ skills can be leveraged and continually developed throughout your life.

Your mission in this course will be to navigate a series of quests, challenges, and discussions to explore the world of emotional intelligence. Using a structure similar to many games, the quests in this course will help you build skills, gain experience, learn background context, and collect new EQ insights to enrich your own personal storyline.”
