Bio

Adam Sochet, a native Floridian, fluent in both Spanish and English, and has been involved in all aspects of real estate transactions in the South Florida market for over 24 years. His practice encompasses both the purchase, sale and leasing of single-family homes, condominiums, investment and income producing properties. Adam credits the rigorous curriculum emphasizing accounting, marketing and management he learned at the Chaplin School of Hospitality and Tourism Management for laying the foundations for successful business development. In 2004, Adam incorporated Vision Realty, L.L.C., a full-service concierge brokerage firm offering experienced personalized real estate solutions for the South Florida market. Adam incorporated its sister company, Vision Realty of Maine in 2014 specializing in 2nd homes and vacation properties in the Pine Tree State of Maine. Adam also serves on the executive committee for Special Olympics Florida and working directly one on one with the athletes. In addition he is the Secretary of the Board of Directors for Rocky Creek Retirement Village. An A.H.C.A. (Agency for Health Care Administration) licensed Assisted and Independent Living Facility in Tampa, Florida and recognized as a leading provider for senior housing with the Florida Department of Elder Affairs.
