Honors Hour: Importance of Meditation/Mindset with Dr. Marysse Pedoussaut from HWCOM

We invited a Dr. from the HWCOM to speak about the importance of meditation and how our minds tend to think negatively. She will also be giving us some tips on how to think positively and deal with stressful events. She is a big deal and this is going to be such an informational session that we planned just for you! It is open to ALL FIU students. We hope to see you all there. ONE honors point will be awarded.
