Sarah Terrazas is a junior double-majoring in International Relations and Political Science; additionally, she is pursuing a minor in Psychology and certificates in National Security, Middle Eastern Studies, and Judaic Studies. Sarah has been an active member since HIP‘s first semester in Spring 2014. Ms. Terrazas is an active Honors College student and is pursuing a career in intelligence, her area of expertise includes counter-terrorism and the psychology of war. Sarah’s hobbies include cross-fit, politics, and baking.

Keith Wuest is a junior majoring in Economics and International Business. He has been a member of HIP since his freshman year and became an Executive Board member after his first semester. Outside of educating HIP members, Keith currently interns at Blueprint Wealth Alliance. Furthermore, Keith has been investing in the financial markets for over 2 years. His passions include backpacking, personal fitness, and reading fantasy.
Chief Financial Officer
Adrian Rahimi is a Junior Finance Major with a minor in Economics. Adrian began working with the Raymond James Financial team in the summer of 2015, a company that works . He has a passion for the economy and capital markets, and aspires to work in the financial sector of a reputable firm in the area of portfolio management, financial advising, trading, investment banking, or as an economic analyst. In his spare time, he exercises, plays basketball and attends trade and industry forums.
Martin Heid is an FIU graduate with a degree in Accounting, he was also part of the Honors College. He serves as a Portfolio Advisor and is an integral part of the education board. As a value investor he specializes in looking for undervalued distressed companies, mergers and acquisitions, and other special situations. In addition to HIP, he was also involved in the Alpha Seal Trading competition ranking #22 out of 2100 students in the overall Top Performers. He is also currently employed at Biscayne Capital as a Junior Staff Accountant. In his spare time Martin enjoys playing and watching basketball and is a fan of the Miami Heat.
Nico Pasquariello is a junior majoring in Finance. Pasquariello enjoys problem solving, financial analysis, and investing. Mr. Pasquariello has a great deal of experience in sales, portfolio management, and small business analysis. He has played soccer his whole life, including a 2 year stint for FIU Men’s Soccer. Pasquariello has a strong presence in the FIU community, he has represented multiple campus organizations in the past.
Martin Villamizar is a Pre-Law sophomore majoring in Finance with a minor in International Relations. Martin specializes in the legal matters and public relations of HIP since his first year with the group. Before joining the portfolio, Martin interned with the office of Dwight Bullard in the Florida State Senate where he was able to experience the legislative process first-hand. Outside of HIP, Martin is also a current member of FIU’s Model United Nations organization and the Pre-law Association Through Honors. His interests include soccer, travel, and world politics.
