CRS and Orlando Registration opens by appointment ONLY

Feb 23, 2022 | 10:00am SHARP:
 Requests for registration appointments for remaining spots start being received by email (until programs are full.) Emails will be answered in the order they were received. Requests for registration appointments emails received before this date and time will not be considered

March 1 to 10, 2022 (approximately):
Program fee charged to accounts. Payments can be made at the SASC cashiers, as soon as posted and until deadline. The Student Financial cashier’s counter accepts cash, money orders, personal checks drawn on a U.S. financial institution in U.S. currency, cashier’s checks, traveler’s checks, and the FIU One Cards.

March 15, 2022:

  1. Deadline to complete and sign by hand:
    1. Pre-departure materials (waivers)
      1. Upload them to CRS or Orlando
    2. Once there, complete the Special Needs questionnaire on the same form

  2. Deadline to clear holds. Must maintain a clear account until enrolled in the Study USA IDH 3034 course

Apr 1, 2022:

  1. Payment deadline. Payments should be made at the SASC cashiers, as soon as posted and until the deadline. The Student Financial cashier’s counter accepts cash, money orders, personal checks drawn on a U.S. financial institution in U.S. currency, cashier’s checks, traveler’s checks, and the FIU One Cards.

  2. ONLY for students that registered on/after March 10:
    Deadline to complete, sign by hand, and upload the following documentation (CRS HERE; Orlando HERE):
    1. Pre-departure materials (waivers)
      1. Upload them to CRS or Orlando
    2. Once there, complete the Special Needs questionnaire on the same form

Apr 2, 2022:
A $100 late fee for lack of payment is applied

Apr 8, 2022:
Payment extended deadline with $100 late fee. After this date, failure to comply, will preclude from program participation. The spot will reopen for registration.

May 9, 2022:
Summer C semester starts (Study USA IDH 3034 classes begin)
