Course Description
This course will explore the ethical issues facing all legal professionals and lawyers in the practice of law. We will focus on the ABA’s Model Rules of Professional Conduct as well as ethics opinions, statutes, regulations and relevant case law, with consideration of Florida ethics rules on select issues.
