Executive Director, STEM Funders Network
Errika is the Executive Director for the national STEM Funders Network which focuses on ensuring equitable access to STEM education and opportunities from cradle to career. She has over 25 years of experience both professionally and via volunteer leadership focused on DEI, STEM education and career pathways. Previously she worked for IBM, BMC Software, Southwire and IT Senior Management Forum. She’s served on several national, regional and community boards focused on STEM education, literacy, early learning, workforce development and women/girls empowerment. Errika is a published co-author, magazine editor and, Forbes contributor. She’s been honored as an Outstanding Georgia Citizen by the Secretary of the State, a Woman of the Year by Atlanta’s Women in Technology, as an Ecosystem Builder by the Tech for All Alliance and a few distinctions such as Distinguished Women of the Year, “Woman Out Front” and Young Alumna of the Year from her alma mater Georgia Tech where she earned her Industrial Engineering degree.
