Biography
Asfa Siddiqui is an Academic Advisor III (Project Lead) in the College of Arts, Sciences & Education at Florida International University and a Ph.D. student in Higher Education. Her research interests focus on STEM transfer student success, transition experiences, and institutional support within Florida’s 2+2 system. She has extensive experience working with undergraduate researchers through programs such as the Summer Research Internship (SRI) Program and Quantifying Biology in the Classroom (QBIC), where she has supported students pursuing research, graduate education, and healthcare careers. In addition to her advising work, she teaches Psychology Career Development and First-Year Experience courses focused on career readiness, academic success, and professional development.
