Francis Hill

Biography

Wielding a fanatical love for virtually all things literature, letters, and language, Francis' 15 years of experience as a designer and facilitator of learning spans diverse disciplines from programming languages to language arts. He currently coaches higher Ed Engineering and Business faculty in developing highly effective, fully online learning experiences, transferring their love of their disciplines and unique expertise into high-quality, dynamic, and learner-centric asynchronous environments.

A learning nerd through-and-through, for Francis, mentoring gratifies the soul; conducting research is to traverse a series of ecstacies; designing and implementing solutions borders on sublime transcendence; and sharing passions with others energizes and awakens his spirit.

In his free time, Francis enjoys board games, disc golf, cycling, brewing increasingly mean cups of coffee, becoming a vegan barbecue pit master, getting lost in research rabbit holes, and reveling in the syntax of 19th-century American literature.
