Biography
Jessica A. Campusano is an educator with more than a decade of experience across higher education, legal, and nonprofit sectors in the areas of instructional design, strategic communication, and technology integration. She currently serves as an Instructional Designer at FIU’s Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine, where she partners with faculty to design accessible, engaging, and learner-centered educational experiences. Her work focuses on active learning, digital accessibility, educational technology, gamification, faculty development, and the thoughtful use of design principles to support student success.
Jessica also teaches first-year students at FIU, helping them build the academic, personal, and professional skills needed to navigate the university experience with confidence. She holds a master’s degree in education and a bachelor’s degree in strategic communication.
