Biography
Shannonlee Rodriguez serves as the Program Director for the Center for Leadership and Service at Florida International University. With over a decade of experience in higher education, she specializes in student leadership development, program management, and community engagement. In her role, she oversees the Academy of Leaders program, Programs on Demand, and various student leadership initiatives. Shannonlee is a certified Gallup Strengths Coach and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) administrator. She holds a Master of Science in Higher Education Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from FIU.
