Course Description
This course prepares students to research and write legal scholarships. Students will learn to conduct legal research and evaluate statutes, case law, and regulations. They will practice crafting persuasive arguments on legal questions and learning to think critically and objectively about complex issues. The course also provides instruction in Bluebook citation the citation system for lawyers and legal professionals. This course requires department consent for enrollment.
