Course Description
The purpose of this course is to familiarize the students with basic building blocks of leadership and happiness to prepare them for future leadership roles. The purpose of the course is to help the students identify their personal strengths and weaknesses as leaders; understand their life journey; examine the elements of effective leadership; and evaluate the performance of leaders. 3.70 GPA is required. If your GPA is less than 3.70, please email Edwin Luu (eluu@fiu.edu) with your GPA and a statement of why you would like to enroll in this course.
