Course Description
This course aims to explore the relationship between stress and performance across disciplines. This course aims to dissect stressors inherent in these contexts, unravel the myriad stress reactions manifested both mentally and physically, and delve into effective coping mechanisms designed to improve performance and well-being. Through an interdisciplinary approach, students will gain insights into the universal nature of performance under pressure, equipping themselves with a comprehensive understanding of resilience and adaptability crucial for success in any demanding environment.
